PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a laminate that changes its color reversibly according to the type of an external light source, where the color is changed clearly. SOLUTION : A laminate according to the present invention is a laminate consisting of a base layer and a colored layer, where the base layer is a visible light reflection layer, and the colored layer is a light discoloration layer including binder and rare earth oxide particles, with its thickness of 5 μm or more and 50 μm or less and a content of the rare earth oxide particles being 10-1000 pts.wt. relative to solid content 100 pts.wt. of the binder.
