According to the present invention, a front excavation portion of a PHC pile is formed to insert the PHC pile into the ground by an inner excavation method wherein an extending auger is inserted into a hollow portion of a PHC pile to excavate the ground. The present invention relates to a construction method for a PHC pile by inner excavation to economically and effectively construct a PHC pile with low vibration and low noise while effectively preventing a decline in strength between a support layer excavation surface and a PHC pile front end portion as well as effectively preventing a decline in constructability due to a collapse of a hollow wall of a front end excavation portion and remaining earth and sand of the front end excavation portion in an excavation process of an extending auger.
