The present invention relates to sellus stone and a sellus mat for thermotherapy, including : a cylindrical or polygonal cylindrical sellus body which is formed by combining germanium, elvan, mica, and rare earth material, which are beneficial to human bodies, to be amplified and plasticized at 1300°C for 12 hours, and neutralizes harmful water vein waves and electromagnetic waves while radiating far-infrared rays of the wavelength band of 8-14 μm which is beneficial to human bodies, and at the same time radiating the light of 7.8-9.6 microns; a sellus stone which is attached to the sellus body and an adhering portion, is a circular form with the bigger diameter than the cylinder of the sellus body, and has a (-) port receiving heat; and a thermotherapy device power unit which is prepared with a (+) port while delivering heat to the (-) port of the sellus stone, depending on the level of temperatures. The sellus stone is formed in a circular form with acupressure protrusions being in contact with the skin. Also, the sellus stone, heated by the thermotherapy device, is used to apply a thermotherapy according to symptom and the principle of moxa treatment, thereby resolving obesity and feeling of cold on bones by stone therapy. According to the thermotherapy device, immunity can be enhanced, compared to the status before the thermotherapy by increasing the NK cell activity, and cortisol, a stress-related hormone, can be lowered.
