An organic light-emitting device, is disclosed. According to one aspect of the present invention, the organic light-emitting device comprises : a substrate; an anode on the substrate; a hole transport region on the anode; a light-emitting layer on the hole transport region; an electron transport region on the light-emitting layer; and a cathode on the electron transport region. The electron transport region includes an electron injection layer containing a first component which is a halide of an alkaline metal (in Group 1), and a second component which is a lanthanide metal or an alkaline earth metal (in Group 2). The cathode includes a first metal which is silver (Ag), gold (Au), platinum (Pt), copper (Cu), manganese (Mn), titanium (Ti), cobalt (Co), nickel (Ni), or tungsten (W), and a second metal which is a lanthanide metal or an alkaline earth metal (in Group 2), wherein the content of the first metal can be equal to or greater than the content of the second metal.(101) Substrate(110) Anode(120) Hole transport region(130) Light-emitting region(140) Electron transport region(150) CathodeCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
