PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an organic emitter material having a narrow width light-emitting band for being applied to a phosphorescent organic light-emitting device and a method for combining advantages of both OLED and LED. SOLUTION : There is provided a composition containing one or more quantum dot, at least one kind of organic emitter selected from a fluorescent small molecule compound, at least one kind of organic emitter selected from a non-conjugated polymer compound and a host compound. where the non-conjugated polymer compound is selected from a phosphorescent non-conjugated polymer compound and contains at least one kind of metal complex and the metal contains a metal selected from a transition metal such as Ir, Ru, Os, Eu, Au, Pt, Cu, Zn, Mo, W, Rh, Pd, and Ag, rare earth, lanthanide, and actinide.
