PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a precision casting mold capable of suppressing oxidation of a titanium aluminum base alloy and preventing destruction of the slurry film of a surface layer, and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION : The precision casting mold includes a surface layer 21 formed on the surface of casting wax pattern 40 by applying surface slurry generated by mixing powder of at least one of a rare earth element oxide, zirconia, and high-purity aluminum with a solvent and then drying the surface layer slurry, an intermediate layer 22 formed on the outer peripheral surface 21A of the surface layer 21 by spraying silica sol 45 and then drying the silica sol 45, and a base layer 23 formed on the outer peripheral surface 22A of the intermediate layer 22 by applying base layer slurry generated by mixing powder of at least one of alumina, zircon, and silica with a solvent and then drying the base layer slurry, and after the removal of the wax pattern 40, the surface layer 21, the intermediate layer 22, and the base layer 23 are integrally burned to be formed.
