Provided in the present invention is an anode material which is thermally and chemically stable, and which has high electric conductivity. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the anode material includes a chemical compound of RET_2-xT′_xO_5+δ. Hereon, R refers to one or more elements selected from the rare earth elements or lanthanoids, whereas E and E′ refer to different elements selected from alkaline earths. T refers to one or more elements selected from transition metals. O refers to oxygen, and x refers to a number bigger than 0 and less than 1. δ is 0 or a positive number bigger than 0 and no bigger than 1, and makes the compound of the chemical formula 1 electrically neutral.
