To provide a pulse laser light source device of which the entire energy efficiency is improved even while increasing output by an amplifier.SOLUTION : A seed laser element 11 provided in a seeder 1 is excited by light of a wavelength of 804 nm from a seeder excitation laser source 3, resonated by a resonator 10 consisting of an output mirror 12 and a SESAM 13, and oscillated with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The oscillated seed laser light is incident on an amplification element 21 which is excited by light of a wavelength of 975 nm from an amplification excitation laser source 22, and amplified by inductive emission. The seed laser element 11 is a neodymium-doped silica glass fiver, and the amplification element 21 is an ytterbium-doped silica glass fiber.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 1
