The present invention provides a motor, a compressor and a refrigeration device. Wherein, the motor comprises : a stator assembly, the stator assembly comprising a stator core provided with a stator slot; and a rotor assembly, the rotor assembly comprising a rotor core and a permanent magnet, one of the stator core and the rotor core being provided around the outer side of the other, and the permanent magnet being arranged on the rotor core, wherein in a section perpendicular to an axis of the rotor core, the distance between the stator core and the rotor core is δ mm, and the length of the permanent magnet in its own magnetization direction is h mm, the number of the stator slots is Q, the intrinsic coercivity of the permanent magnet is Hcj kA/m, Hcj being less than or equal to 1800 kA/m, the value of h satisfies : 80×(43-Q)/Hcj≤h≤1.6+δ. The motor provided by the present invention can meet the requirement for compressor use, with reduced use of heavy rare earth elements and decreased cost, leading to enhanced cost performance.
