The present invention relates to an aluminum alloy composite clad and a manufacturing method for the same and, more specifically, to an aluminum alloy composite clad including : a core formed of an aluminum alloy composite material in which a reinforcement particle is dispersed; and an aluminum alloy cover enclosing at least a part of the core. According to the present invention, the aluminum alloy composite clad has excellent high rigidity, excellent high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and an excellent plastic working property by including the aluminum alloy cover which has the excellent corrosion resistance and the excellent plastic working property and the core which is an aluminum alloy composite material having the high rigidity and the high strength. Thus, the aluminum alloy composite clad can solve a problem of surface quality due to a reinforcing material in the core, by including the aluminum alloy cover.
