PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a multilayer ceramic capacitor having sufficient high-temperature load characteristics at high temperatures. SOLUTION : A dielectric layer of the present invention includes : a region A including a crystal grain having a main component phase mainly consisting of a perovskite structure ceramic material represented by general formula ABO3 and an accessory component phase in which at least one or more rare earth elements are contained, as an accessory component, in the main component as a solid solution around the main component phase, the accessory component phase is in contact with the main component phase and a percentage content of the rare earth elements contained as a solid solution does not vary; a region B which is located on an opposite side to the main component phase with the region A as a reference and in which the percentage content of the rare earth elements varies; a region C which is located on an opposite side to the region A with the region B as a reference and in which the percentage content of the rare earth elements does not vary; and a region D located between the region C and a grain boundary. When percentage contents of the regions A-D are denoted as CA, CB, CC and CD, respectively, a relationship of CA>CB>CC>CD is satisfied. SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 3 COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
