The present invention relates to a phosphor film including rare earth metal oxide particles, an LED device using the same and a method of manufacturing the same and, more specifically, to a phosphor film made of an encapsulation material resin. The phosphor film includes a phosphor and the rare earth metal oxide particles having a refractive index within a range of 1.5 to 2.5. The phosphor film of the present invention includes a spherical inorganic nanoparticle and hence light extraction efficiency is high, and light uniformity is improved in comparison with a conventional method in which an encapsulation material includes an inorganic particle. Also, the spherical inorganic nanoparticle functions as a filler when manufacturing the phosphor film, so that the phosphor film is further unified, a heat dissipation effect is obtained, and reliability of the LED is improved.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
