PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a rotor capable of increasing an induction voltage constant even when using a magnet composed of a magnetic material not containing rare earth and having excellent productivity. SOLUTION : In the rotor, rotor ion cores and magnet elements to be magnetized are annularly alternatively arranged, reinforcement members extended in a radial direction are arranged on the inner diameter side of the rotor iron cores and the magnet elements, and boss portions forming coupling members with a rotary shaft, the rotor iron cores, the magnetic elements, and the reinforcement members are integrally fixed by resin. When it is defined that an axial dimension of the rotor iron core is RA and a dimension from an axial inside end portion of the rotor iron core up to an axial inside end portion of the reinforcement member is RB, RB÷RA is included within a range of 0.37 to 0.52.
