The present invention relates to a compound of general formula (I), wherein : - n is an integer equal to 1, 2 or 3; - m is an integer equal to 1, 2 or 3; and - M is selected from the alkali metals with the exception of sodium, the alkaline-earth metals, the transition metals, the earth metals and the NH4 group. The invention also relates to the use of said compound for cosmetic applications.
