The present invention relates to an anisotropic complex sintering magnet, including MnBi with improved magnetic properties, and a manufacturing method thereof. The anisotropic complex sintering magnet, including MnBi with improved magnetic properties is capable of being substituted for an existing rare-earth bond magnet by improving a low saturation magnetization value of MnBi and forming a significantly excellent magnetic property in a temperature range from a room temperature (25° C) to a high temperature (150° C).COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
