Disclosed in the present invention is an intelligent flow control device for rare earth extraction, relating to the technical field of rare earth extraction. The intelligent flow control device comprises : a housing, a material passing channel, a pressure sensing mechanism, a driving mechanism, a driven mechanism and a flow control mechanism. The driven mechanism comprises : a rotating wheel, an amplitude rod, a transmission part and a warning part. By means of the mutual cooperation of the pressure sensing mechanism, the driving mechanism, the driven mechanism and the flow control mechanism, the pressure sensing mechanism acquires the pressure value of a fluid in the material passing channel, the downward moving or upward moving distance of a main core of the flow control mechanism when a screw rod rotates by one full circle is then precisely controlled by means of the screw pitch of threads on the screw rod of the driving mechanism to precisely determine the change in the pressure value of the fluid, the change is preset in a signal converter, and the number of rotation cycles of the screw rod is then determined according to the change to obtain the appropriate pressure value of the fluid in the material passing channel, thereby achieving precise control over the flow, and preventing the quality of rare earth processing work from being affected.
