PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method of efficiently separating rare earth elements from a rare earth magnet, for example magnetic powder, a waste and a defective scrap as well as a recovery product while suppressing used amount of alkali and a microorganism selectively accumulating Fe.
