PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a low viscosity urethane (meth)acrylate capable of manufacturing a photocurable resin composition forming a cured film excellent in adhesiveness to a base material, hardness, scratch resistance, curling resistance and weather resistance (yellow discoloration resistance), and a photocurable resin composition containing the same.SOLUTION : The above problem is solved by urethane (meth)acrylate represented by the general formula (I) and a photocurable resin composition containing the same. In the formula (I), where Rand Rare each independently monovalent organic group having 4 or more acryloyloxy groups and/or methacryloyloxy groups, Rand Rare each independently a monovalent organic group having one or more acryloyloxy groups and/or methacryloyloxy groups, and m is an integer of 1 to 5.
