PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered magnet, making it possible to reduce damaged portions, such as cracks or breakage, which can occur in the magnet during a deburring operation, when a size of the sintered magnet is corrected by pressure molding. SOLUTION : A method for manufacturing a sintered magnet includes : forming a green compact by performing press molding of magnet powder constituting a R-Fe-B-based sintered magnet (R is a rare earth element composed mainly of Nd); forming a sintered magnetic by sintering the green compact; and correcting a size of the sintered magnet by performing pressure molding of the sintered magnet. In the size correction, a molding die 215 has separated portions 215a and 215b separated from a magnetic piece M1 to be molded. COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
