PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a fuel battery cell of which the durability is improved by preventing a power generation performance from being reduced with long-time operation. SOLUTION : A solid oxide type fuel battery cell 210 is formed by successively laminating an inner first electrode 202, an inner second electrode 202, a solid electrolyte 203, an outer electrode 204 and a collector layer 205 on a surface of an insulated porous support 201. The porous support 201 contains a forsterite, the inner first electrode 201 contains Ni and/or NiO and an oxide (excluding an oxide containing a Zr element) and the inner second electrode 202 contains Ni and/or NiO and a ZrO2 (stabilized zirconia) or cerium containing oxide in which a rare earth element is dissolved. The inner first electrode 202 further contains a Zr element in 1 mass% or less in oxide conversion. COPYRIGHT : (C)2016, JPO&INPIT
