The present invention relates to a temporary structure used when a construction material is impregnated with an asbestos solidity stabilization solvent in order to prevent asbestos from being dispersed from the construction material containing the asbestos. Specifically, the present invention is to easily and conveniently provide a compartment blocked from the outside when the asbestos solidity stabilization solvent is applied or sprayed, wherein the asbestos solidity stabilization solvent can semipermanently seal an asbestos material to prevent an asbestos component from being dispersed without demolishing the asbestos material constructed in a building. The temporary structure enables a daily life outside the compartment during an asbestos solidity stabilization work, thereby facilitating a sealing work for the asbestos. An asbestos fiber insulation board in a facility such as a wall surface and a ceiling installed inside an existing building is directly fixed to and combined with a fixing bar. A thin steel plate is formed through a press work without performing an additional forming work on a fixing unit capable of bonding a fixing magnet, and both surfaces with predetermined length are bent in order to form a hole through which a small screw penetrates. The fixing bar for fixing the asbestos fiber insulation board on the ceiling is connected to one side, and the fixing magnet is attached to the other side.
