The present invention relates to a broad band high speed scan optical fiber femtosecond laser oscillator using a chirped optical fiber brag grid pair. The femtosecond laser oscillator includes an optical fiber-based cell absorber mode locking part forming mode locking, and comprising a laser oscillator, formed of optical fiber-based components; a nonlinear polarization rotation mode locking part; and a repetition rate scan part for controlling a repetition rate of the femtosecond laser oscillator. Moreover, the optical fiber femtosecond laser oscillator is a ring type optical fiber oscillator and has a ring cavity structure. The present invention comprises a rare earth addition optical fiber forming a gain medium of an oscillator; a diode laser outputting light corresponding to an absorption light wavelength of the gain medium; a wavelength division multiplexer emitting the light, oscillated from the diode laser, to the rare earth addition optical fiber; a single mode optical fiber being in charge of a Kerr medium in nonlinear polarization rotation; an optical fiber isolator reducing an optical noise to move a pulse in the oscillator in a single direction; Piezo element (PZT) for the stabilization of the repetition rate of the oscillator; and an optical coupler forming an output terminal.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
