To suppress the deterioration in insulation resistance under a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION : A multilayer ceramic capacitor 10 includes a laminate 11 in which a plurality of dielectric layers 12 and internal electrodes 13a and 13b are alternately stacked, and external electrodes 14a and 14b. The dielectric layer 12 is disposed in a plane direction of a plane orthogonal to the stacking direction, and includes a first crystal grain including Ba, Ti, and a rare-earth element, and a second crystal grain disposed in the plane direction and including Ba, Ti, and a rare-earth element. The molar ratio M1 of the rare-earth element to Ti within 50 nm from an interface of the first crystal grain and the molar ratio M2 of the rare-earth element to Ti in the range of 50 nm or more and 100 nm or less from the interface satisfy 0.95≤M1/M2≤1.05. The molar ratio of the rare-earth element to Ti in the second crystal grain is a half or less of the molar ratio of the rare-earth element to Ti in the first crystal grain. The concentration of the rare-earth element included between the second crystal grains is lower than the concentration of the rare-earth element included between the first crystal grains.SELECTED DRAWING : Figure 4
