The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of the wet tissue using rare earth and the wet tissue manufactured thereby, comprising the steps of : heating and melting mica or silica; cooling the melted material of mica or silica to produce crystals; obtaining the aqueous solution from the produced crystals by melting crystals in water; and producing the wet tissue by using the obtained aqueous solution. The wet tissue includes the aqueous solution obtained by crystals produced from the melted materials of the mica or silica, and a fiber sheet soaked in the aqueous solution or sprayed with the aqueous solution.
