PURPOSE : An air blower control device of a fuel cell system is provided to improve a cold start performance of a fuel cell by drying a motor with only minimum power while increasing the inflow air temperature of an inhale line of a fuel cell with rest power. CONSTITUTION : An air blower control device of a fuel cell system comprises : a cold starting sensor part(30) for sensing the temperature of a fuel cell stack; a cold starting determination part(32) for determining a cold start by receiving sensing signals; and a current control part(34) which controls a motor for an air blower by cold start signals of the cold starting determination part.
