PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a rare-earth sintered magnet capable of providing the rare-earth sintered magnet of atypical type such as C type D type which exhibits stably high quality because the occurrence of warping or deformation of a sintered body and, further, crack or breakage of the sintered body can be suppressed, with a high production yield, capable of easily corresponding to various product shapes and therefore capable of providing efficient manufacture and high industrial value.SOLUTION : A mold which is provided with a die, an upper punch and a lower punch, a pressing surface of one or both of the upper punch and the lower punch having a non-flat plane shape, is used, a main screen net having a screen surface of a non-flat plane shape approximately equal to the pressing surface of either one of the upper punch and the lower punch is provided on the lower edge part forming a rare earth sintered magnet alloy powder supply port of a shooter part of a feeder, rare earth sintered magnet alloy powder is caused to fall to a cavity through the main screen net while applying fine vibration to the shooter part and is filled and, thereafter the rare earth sintered magnet alloy powder is formed by uniaxial pressing in a magnetic field and is subjected to heat treatment and a rare earth sintered magnet is manufactured.COPYRIGHT : (C)2015, JPO&INPIT
