An information acquisition device. Laser emitted by a laser source (5) is transmitted to a self-focusing coupling optical fiber (3) by means of a first discrete end optical fiber (2), a self-focusing laser beam output by the self-focusing coupling optical fiber (3) penetrates a transparent ultrasonic probe (1) and is focused on the surface of a sample (6) to be tested, so as to generate a photoacoustic signal, and the transparent ultrasonic probe (1) receives the photoacoustic signal; a rare earth-containing piezoelectric element is excited by the laser to generate fluorescence, the fluorescence irradiates said sample (6) to generate an optical signal, and the optical signal is transmitted to a miniature CCD image sensor (4) by means of the transparent ultrasonic probe (1) via the self-focusing coupling optical fiber (3) and a second discrete end optical fiber (8); and the transparent ultrasonic probe (1) itself can also transmit and receive an ultrasonic signal. Said device can acquire an optical signal, a photoacoustic signal and an ultrasonic signal of a sample to be tested, and internal conditions of said sample can be observed after the three signals are analyzed, processed and imaged; and imaging results of the three signals are compared with one another, and the advantages and disadvantages are complementary, greatly improving the accuracy of test.
