A NdFeB magnet, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The NdFeB magnet is represented by a chemical formula R1-R2-Fe-M-B, and has a composite structure of a high-coercivity region and a high-remanence region, wherein R1 is a rare earth element containing at least Nd, R2 is a heavy rare earth element containing at least Dy and/or Tb, and M is a transition metal element containing at least Co. A small amount of Dy/Tb can be used in the magnet, so as to greatly improve resistance to high-temperature demagnetization of the magnet and inhibit reduction of magnetic flux of the magnet. The magnet is applicable to an embedded high-speed motor. The method for preparing the magnet can further greatly improve the material utilization and the production efficiency, and has mass production feasibility.
