PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide magnet crushing equipment which can collect and reuse argon gas used in a crushing step. SOLUTION : Magnet crushing equipment comprises : magnet raw material crushing means 12 crushing a magnet raw material of rare earths in a sealed crushing processing chamber 11 and generating magnet powder; argon gas feeding means 13 feeding new argon gas into the crushing processing chamber; magnet powder separation means 15 catching the magnet powder in waste gas discharged from the crushing processing chamber with a magnet to separate the magnet powder from the waste gas; gas analysis means 19 analyzing ingredient of the waste gas after the magnet powder is separated by the magnet powder separation means; and argon gas recycle means 20 feeding the waste gas into the crushing processing chamber when the concentration of argon analyzed by the gas analysis means is higher than the argon concentration set in advance.
