The present invention relates to an agricultural mulching paper having a basis weight of 50-300 g/m^2, which is comprised of a raw material for a recycled paper, such as a usual corrugating medium and a linerboard, and a variety of raw pulps. The agricultural mulching paper according to the present invention comprises 30-70 wt% of a general pulp, thereby enabling the controlling of corrosion, compared with a conventional mulching paper made only from a usual material for a recycled paper, which is fast to be corroded. In addition, the agricultural mulching paper contains extracts from barks and leaves of a ginkgo tree and the outer skin of a ginkgo fruit, thereby reducing damage caused by small pests and fungus and improving an agricultural environment. In manufacturing the mulching paper, 0.3-5 wt% of arkose sandstone powder including 45 or more of mineral elements such as germanium and rare earth substances, and 5-10 wt% of a natural resin such as a glutinous rice glue are added, thereby inhibiting a little reduction in the moisture. The mulching paper manufactured by the method is not needed to be separately removed, thereby reducing labor force, and obtaining an effect of applying a fertilizer since mineral nutrients for soil are provided.
