The present invention provides an apparatus for recovering precious metals and rare-earth metals from ores, comprising : a drying and plasticizing device for manufacturing dried and plasticized ores by drying and plasticizing ores; an ore pyrolyzing device for manufacturing pyrolyzed ores by mixing the dried and plasticized ores with a pyrolyzing agent, and manufacturing ammonium hydroxide and ammonium sulfate by recovering ammonia, which is the product of pyrolysis; a leaching and pH-adjusting device for leaching the pyrolyzed ores, adjusting pH, and separating pH-adjusted sludge and pH-adjusted filtrate; a rare-earth metal recovering device for separating washed filtrate and washed sludge by washing the pH-adjusted sludge, and recovering rare-earth metals from the washed sludge; and a precious metal recovering device for recovering precious metals from the pH-adjusted filtrate. Using the apparatus for recovering precious metals and rare-earth metals according to the present invention, economical efficiency and process efficiency can be improved by recovering precious metals and rare-earth metals at low costs as a pyrolysis device for manufacturing ores for leaching is arranged at the rear end of a device for crushing, drying and plasticizing metallic ores, precious metals such as Mn, Ni, Co and Cu and rare-earth metals such as Y, La, Ce and Nd are recovered via a leaching and wet extraction process, and a pyrolyzing agent is recovered to be reused in a process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
