A mold comprises a die, an upper punch, and a lower punch, where one or both pressure surfaces of the upper and lower punch are formed in non-plane, and the cavity is limited between the die and the lower punch. The mold is combined with a feeder including a shooter which has a main sieve in a lower end port. The main sieve has a sieving surface in the same non-plane as a pressure surface. A rare earth sintered magnet is manufactured by applying weak vibration to the shooter and transferring alloy powder to the cavity through the shooter and the sieve, applying uniaxial pressure to a powder filler in the cavity under a magnetic field and forming a precursor, and treating the precursor by heat.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
