A mold comprises a die, an upper punch, and a lower punch, where one or both pressure surfaces of the upper and lower punch are formed in non-plane, and the cavity is limited between the die and the lower punch. The mold is combined with a feeder including a shooter which has a main sieve in a lower end port. The main sieve has a sieving surface in the same non-plane as a pressure surface. A rare earth sintered magnet is manufactured by applying weak vibration and vertical reciprocating motion to the shooter and transferring alloy powder to the cavity through the shooter and the sieve, applying uniaxial pressure to a powder filler in the cavity under a magnetic field and forming a precursor, and treating the precursor by heat.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
