The present invention relates to a recycling method for a rare earth mineral used as a primary material to manufacture medical products, namely dental prosthetics. A block recycling method to recycle a waste zirconia block to form a partially stabilized zirconia block is disclosed. More specifically, after a partially stabilized zirconia block which is formed from rare mineral is used, the block recycling method recycles the zirconia block which is conventionally discarded.
