Disclosed is a steel material having excellent creep resistance and high temperature corrosion resistance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the steel material includes carbon (C) : 0.17-0.25 wt%, chrome (Cr) : 19-22 wt%, nickel (Ni) : 31-35 wt%, manganese (Mn) : not more than 1.5 wt% , silicon (Si) : not more than 1.2 wt%, the sum of one selected from niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V) : 1.5-2.5 wt%, tungsten (W) : 1-3 wt%, rare earth (REM) : 0.1-0.4 wt%, yttrium (Y) : 0.1-0.5 wt%, aluminum (Al) : 0.1-0.2 wt%, residual Fe, and other foreign matters.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
