PURPOSE : A manufacturing method of dialkylcarbonate is provided to reduce generation of side product, to manufacture dialkylcarbonate by relatively high yield. CONSTITUTION : A manufacturing method of dialkylcarbonate comprises a step of reacting urea, C1-3 alkylcarbamate or a mixture thereof, and C1-3 monovalent alcohol under the presence of a catalyst comprising a salt of rare earth metal and transition metal, and ambient-temperature ionic liquid. The salt of the transition metal comprises a salt of a transition metal of group 3 or group 4. The catalyst comprises a salt of Zr, Ce, La or Y. The ionic liquid comprises cation capable of generating hydrogen ions(H+) and hydrophobic anions containing fluorine.
