The present invention relates to a printing coating manufacturing technique comprising a mixture having 40 to 60 weight% of binder, which is made of a ceramic fluorescent body mixture such as nano inorganic elvan, tourmalin, sericite, zeolite, rare-earth source, germanium, somatid, crystal, queendom energy, soil mica, silicate, mineral, five colored-soil, etc. radiating protonation energy and far-infrared radiation, 10 to 30 weight% of inorganic agent solution, 3 to 5 weight% of UV, and 3 to 5 weight% of ceramic fluorescent substances, and a manufacturing technology for fusion laminating PP, PE, EVA solutions and films on front and rear sides of a cotton material and a felt which are printing-coated with T-dies and lamination drying technologies. The protonation energy penetrates a wavelength range of near-infrared radiation of 300 nm to 750 nm necessary for a plant growth as an far-infrared radiation emission function, and increases of a plant growth faciliating production amount as well as carrying out fungistasis of various anthracnose molds by a radiation function. Therefore, the present invention enables to be helpful in improving a harvest amount, sugar content, size, and quality of a fruit and vegetable, and to protect a plant growth by blocking a strong far-infrared radiation in summer with a low heating cost as a warmth material of 2° C in winter. Since durability is light and tough, the present invention enables to minimize damage of an agricultural product by corresponding to a weather change due to typhoon, hail, and heavy snow.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015
