The green moltar and the manufacturing method for using inner wall of construction

The present invention relates to a green mortar for an inner wall of a construction and a method of manufacturing the same which mixes a tourmaline, inorganic solidification liquid, and masato in a power form based on laterite, illite, active kaolin, and bentonite to provide a mortar composition, adds water to the mortar composition, paints the mortar composition on an inner wall of a construction in a mixed state to generate far infrared ray and a negative ion, and increases radiation effect and an adsorption decomposition function. A method of manufacturing green mortar using an inner wall of a construction includes a first step of naturally drying laterite, illite, active kaolin, bentonite, a tourmaline with light, sintering the laterite, the illite, the active kaolin, the bentonite, and the tourmaline at a temperate of 500-600°C for one hour, and grinding the illite, the active kaolin, the bentonite, and the tourmaline to have 200-300 mesh; and a second step of obtaining a far infrared ray radiator by mixing of laterite of 35-60 wt%, illite of 20-35 wt%, kaolin of 10-25 wt%, and bentonite of 5-10 wt%, and tourmaline of 1-5 wt%. When masato of 20-30 wt% and inorganic solidification liquid of 20-30 wt% are mixed with the far infrared ray radiator of 40-60 wt% to be provided, the inorganic solidification liquid includes calcium oxide (CaO) of 60-80 wt% representing a content of CaO of 90 wt% or greater by grinding and sintering oyster shell, and aluminum oxide (Al_2O_3) of 10-20 wt%, magnesium oxide (MgO) of 5-10 wt%, magnesium chloride of 5-10 wt% are mixed with each other.
