PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a manufacturing method of a rare-earth magnet capable of improving coercive force and obtaining high remanent magnetic flux density in a method of manufacturing a rare-earth magnet by dispersing a rare earth element in a magnetic anisotropic main phase alloy. SOLUTION : In a step of heating by disposing a diffusion alloy containing a rare-earth element closed to a bulk body composed of an anisotropic main phase alloy, while binding force with respect to expansion in a direction in which the bulk body is easily magnetized is given, a rare-earth element is dispersed.
