PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide an oxide superconductor and an oxide superconductive conductor which are introduced with a magnetic flux pinning substance capable of improving characteristics in a magnetic field. SOLUTION : An oxide superconductor and an oxide superconductive conductor are formed by dispersing a nitride particle(s) inside them as a magnetic flux pinning substance. The nitride particle is one or more selected from Fe4N, Mn4N, NbN, HfN, ZrN, TaN, TiN, REN(nitrides of rare earth elements), Zn3N2, Mg3N2, Cu3N, Ba3N2, Sr3N2, W2N, VN, Si3N4 and AlN.
