The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a punching gridiron to prevent a bur from being exposed. In particular, the provided method is configured to form the bur not to be exposed to a surface when punching a plurality of holes on the punching gridiron to be used for gridiron by a punching pin and to smoothly remove a mold at the same time, thereby maximizing productivity, reducing costs, and optimizing the quality of the punching gridiron.
