The present invention relates to a seed composition for ecological restoration of a slope land and to a method for ecological restoration using the same, and more specifically, to a seed composition for ecological restoration of a slope land and to a method for ecological restoration using the same, wherein a seed composition including seeds are sprayed on the slope land to allow the seeds to naturally grow, thereby restoring the natural state of the slope land. The seed composition is composed of : a vegetation soil including bark compost, Masato, cocopeat or cocopeat containing coconut dust, vermiculite, and milled rice straw; and an erosion stabilizer including polyacrylamide and polysaccharide, and includes seeds selected depending on the vegetation soil. The milled rice straw may be in a power type or may be milled to have a length of 0.1 mm to 2 cm.
