The present invention relates to a composition tea bag for seasoning broth mixed with medicinal herbs and to a method for producing the same. Hovenia dulcis stem skins, Polygonatum odoratum, and coix which are medicinal herbs are mixed at an optimal rate with raw ingredients for seasoning broth including anchovies, kelp, shrimp, radishes, and pepper seeds. Accordingly, the bad smells of dried marine products are removed, and the good, savory, and cool tastes of the seasoning broth can be easily exhibited. To this end, in the present invention, a composition for seasoning broth is filled and packed in filtering paper, wherein the composition comprises : 30-45 wt% of anchovies which are cut, pulverized, and roasted; 15-35 wt% of kelp which are cut and roasted; 10-20 wt% of shrimp which are cut and roasted; 4-12 wt% of radishes which are cut, dried, and roasted; 2-6 wt% of dried pepper seeds; 2-6 wt% of Hovenia dulcis stem skins which are cut and roasted; 2-6 wt% of Polygonatum odoratum which is cut and roasted; and 2-6 wt% of coix which is steamed, dried, cut, and roasted.(AA) Select and wash raw ingredients(BB) Dry(CC) Cut and pulverize(DD) Remove fine particles(EE) Roast(FF) Remove fine particles(GG) Raw ingredient preparing step(HH) Mix raw ingredients(II) Raw ingredient mixing step(JJ) Tea bag packing(KK) Box packing(LL) Tea bag packing step(MM) Inspect products(NN) ShipCOPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
