The device relates to the field of quantum electronics. The completely fibre laser with an ultrashort pulse length comprises a pumped laser, a module for inputting radiation from the pumped laser into a fibre, a fibre doped with a rare-earth element, a splitter, polarization controllers, fibre polarizers with mutually perpendicular directions of polarization, and an acoustooptical modulator, which is mounted directly on the optical fibre between the fibre polarizers, wherein the frequency of the acoustooptical modulator is equal to the natural frequency of an annular fibre resonator. The technical result of the invention consists in providing a completely fibre laser with an ultrashort pulse length.
