The present invention relates to a hole structure for breeding lugworm and a method for breeding the lugworm using the same. The hole structure for breeding the lugworm has a structure in which holes having a three dimensional net structure are continuously formed in the structure, and the inside and the outside are opened to make movement of the lugworm easy. According to the present invention, when breeding the lugworm in an indoor water tank, inhabited environment of the lugworm is easily formed and systematic management is possible.
