PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To detect rare cells with high efficiency without deteriorating sensitivity of detection.SOLUTION : A detection method comprises : a first step for carrying out a pretreatment for removing erythrocyte from blood to acquire a cell suspension containing leukocytes and rare cells; a second step for developing all of cells contained in the cell suspension acquired in the first step onto an observation area having a plurality of holes formed thereon; a third step for optically photographing the cells developed on the observation area; and a forth step for detecting the rare cells from an image acquired from photographing in the third step.COPYRIGHT : (C)2014, JPO&INPIT
