The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a high strength aluminum alloy having low electrical resistance. The manufacturing method comprises a first step of adding essential elements including 0.05 to 0.5 wt% of Fe, 0.05 to 0.5 wt% of Zr, and 0.01 to 0.5 wt% of misch metal (MM), selectively adding at least two of selective additive elements including 0.001 to 0.05 wt% of Ni, 0.01 to 0.2 wt% of Si, 0.01 to 0.1wt% of Mg, 0.005 to 0.05 wt% of Be, 0.01 to 0.1 wt% of Ti, and 0.005 to 0.05 wt% of Sr, maintaining the adding amount of the essential elements and the selective additive elements below 0.6 wt%, and dissolving aluminum to manufacture an aluminum alloy; a second step of forming the aluminum alloy as a casting bar; a third step of forming the casting bar as a rod by performing multistage rolling of the casting bar; and a fourth step of performing heat treatment of the rod.
