PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED : To provide a copper alloy sheet material having a very high intensity such as 0.2% proof stress of 980 MPa or more, and good in conductivity, stress relaxation resistance property and press workability. SOLUTION : There is provided a copper alloy sheet material including, by mass%, the sum of Ni and Co : 2.50 to 4.00%, Co : 0.50 to 2.00%, Si : 0.70 to 1.50%, Fe : 0 to 0.50%, Mg : 0 to 0.10%, Sn : 0 to 0.50%, Zn : 0 to 0.15%, B : 0 to 0.07%, P : 0 to 0.10%, REM (rare earth element) : 0 to 0.10%, total contents of Cr, Zr, Hf, Nb and S of 0 to 0.01%, and the balance Cu with inevitable impurities, and having a number density of "coarse second phase particles" having a particle diameter of 5 μm or more, of 10 pieces/mm2 or less, a number density of "fine second phase particles" having the particle diameter of 5 to 10 nm, of 1.0×109 pieces/mm2 or more, and a Si concentration in a mother phase, of 0.10 mass% or more.
