The reabsorabable implant comprises a magnesium alloy containing 40-90 wt. % of magnesium, 10 wt.% of calcium, 10 wt.% of yattrium, where the reabsorbable implant is covered with a biodegradable coating, containing biodegradable polymers and a pharmacologically active substance. 0.0-10 wt. % of other metal or metal salts and 0.0-10 wt. % of rare earth metal carbides, metallic oxides, metal nitrides, non-metals, carbon, sulfur, nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen is also provided. ACTIVITY : Antiinflammatory. MECHANISM OF ACTION : None given.
