The present invention relates to a biomolecule analyzing kit comprising the following : a first particle including a core, a cell, and a first coupling means which is specifically or non-specifically coupled with a target biomolecule on the surface of the cell; and a second particle including a core, a cell, and a second coupling means which is specifically coupled with a target biomolecule on the surface of the cell. The core of the first particle includes the following : a magnetic material consisting of an oxide of Fe, Co, or Ni, and a metal or metal oxide (M1) of a transition metal or a rare-earth metal. The cell of the first particle includes SiO2. The core of the second particle includes a metal or metal oxide (M2) of a transition metal or a rare-earth metal.
